We consider all sales final unless a part is Defective, Other than ordered or Damaged in shipping.
Refunds are made in the same manner in which you made payment only under the customer name.
Returns must be made in their original packing. Any part that is returned must be in new sale condition.
Customers need to contact us to find an authorization for the return, to determine if the return qualifies.
A return will not be accepted after 30 days. If the part is returned after the 30 days a 20% restocking fee will apply. After one year a 25% restocking fee will apply.
